Most of the ads in this book are from late 1970s to the 80s. The ads were published in various magazines and newspapers like Stardust, Readers digest, The Illustrated Weekly of India etc.

    you can find my collection under the category 'Vintage Indian Ads'. There are ads from 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s (under the label ' Ads from 90s n Y2K') Browse around and feel free to use them. Thanks to a friend i have even managed to find some ads from late 40s and early 50s. will try to post them sometime soon.

  6. I am not sure if Amitabh Bachchan did many ads in his younger days. I haven't seen any that I can recall. He did product promotion in films and did feature in comic but I am not so sure about ads.
