Other voice on the phone promises to be there. A simple set-up, a simple scene from Dev Anand's Hum Naujawan (1985) but one small detail makes the scene baffling and Dev Anand great. If you hear the voice of Police in the scene carefully, you realize that's not the voice of some film extra but the voice Dev Anand himself. What is going on?
