  1. there's something with these... they are all over delhi, the same thing. apart from that, i noticed they were fresh fews days before cwg started. must be by some rebelious bunch.

  4. They're by BassFoundation, a drum and bass/electronica band. http://www.myspace.com/bassfoundationindia
    The graffiti is a catchy way of putting their message across and also putting their name out there. They also have stickers all over the place. I think they have a Facebook album of places their stickers and graffiti are, including urinals and panwaris. :)
