    "how to tell" photo of a poultry merchant (polite term for butcher, right?)
    now all gods are party to the slaughter so no particular faith is going to feel ignored. such a canny way to reach a wider clientale!!

    rather, with the whole 'halal' vs 'jatka' thing, it's an easy way to reach the right clientale.
